GDPR & your data rights
Guests in the EU/UK and Australian residents hold the same rights at this desk: access, correction, portability and erasure of personal data. Requests are answered within 30 days — write to [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject. Full detail lives in our Privacy Policy.
What the site sets
A consent cookie remembering your banner choice, a session cookie holding booking-flow state, and an analytics cookie measuring page performance — all first-party, all expiring within a year.
No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no social-media pixels. The site's fonts and libraries load from public CDNs, which see a standard request, not a tracking feed.
Consent, properly
The banner sets 'cookies-accepted' in local storage — decline and only the strictly necessary session cookie remains. Change your mind any time by clearing site data.
Declining affects nothing about your stay, your booking or your access — the banner exists because the law requires the choice, not because we wanted a banner.
Analytics, minimally
We measure which pages are read and which are ignored — aggregated, anonymous, used to make the site faster and the writing better. IP addresses are truncated before storage.
No individual guest is profiled from site analytics — your file starts when you book, not when you browse.
Managing cookies
Every browser exposes cookie controls; clearing them resets the banner and logs you out of nothing — this site has no accounts to log out of.
The booking flow needs the session cookie; everything else is optional by design.
Changes to this notice
If the cookie set changes, this page updates before the banner does — the effective date at the top always reflects the live configuration.
