The circuit moves guests through ice fountain, vitality pool, steam grotto, Finnish sauna and a salt-lined relaxation room — a progression our therapists time to the minute.
Treatment rooms are single-occupancy suites with their own showers and heated tables. The flagship Southern Lights ritual layers warm-oil massage, eucalyptus steam and a cool-quartz facial under low amber light.
